Before fitting

Cancel any time before the van is loaded and nothing is charged. If it has already left, we still cancel — the delivery simply turns around.

At the door

If the unit we brought is not right for the vehicle, we do not fit it. We return with the correct one and you pay the price originally quoted, not more.

After fitting

A battery that fails inside its warranty is replaced. We come to the vehicle again rather than asking you to bring it anywhere.

Starting a claim

One email with the order reference and the date it was fitted. Answered inside two working days.

Money back

Refunds return to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear is set by the bank, not by us.
